Dr. Gupteshwar Nath Gupta, Founder Chairman and MD, Matri Shree Group, has a dynamic personality with more than 30+ years of experience in the field of insurance sector prior to start Matri Shree, Dr. Gupta has worked with LIC as Development Officer.

He has steered Matri Shree Varanasi India to become one of the leading company and biggest supplier to market. He has been responsible for taking the Matri Shree Green Solar brand.

For his exemplary leadership and contribution to the industry and society at large, his beliefs have been translated into Matri Shree’s vision to bring Corporate Social Value to communities.

Dr Gupta has consistently worked on developing this culture within the organization. By putting the customer as the focal point of the business, he has transformed Matri Shree into an innovation led company that addresses consumer needs through superior products and services.

A Ph D holder in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Dr Gupta with a strong sense of business acumen and industry expertise, he continues to spearhead Matri Shree to achieve greater heights.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta is the Director at Matri Shree Techno Industries. Mr Gupta started his career as a young entrepreneur since 2000 with dealing in batteries, invertors, servo, stabilizer etc.

He has wide experience of two decade in domestic market with people focused, creative and result oriented. He is customer centric and believes in carefully analyzing every customer requirement and providing the most appropriate solution for their needs.

Mr Prashant Gupta holds the position of Director at Matri Shree Techno Industries.

Mr Gupta is one of the entrepreneurs, known for his dynamic leadership and key driving force of Matri Shree. His rich experience and guidance to build young organization in their institution building endeavours to achieve scale and sustainability – specifically in the areas of: strategy, systems and processes, fund raising, compliance and Operations.

Under his leadership, the Company has established itself as an acclaimed solar PV module manufacturer and a comprehensive EPC solutions provider.

Mr. Gupta strongly believes in the economic, environmental and social implications of business and understands the value of sustainability for business growth and continuity.

Ideologically he believes, solar is the core strategy and an answer to various environmental issues affecting the world today.
